Recently, in the Yangqu Industrial Park of Shanxi Transformation and Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone, with the opening of the Lvyu 35KV Substation (Jinxi Line 2), the production electricity for the 103 and 104 buildings of the Housheng Lithium Battery Diaphragm Project Phase II has been officially connected, and 8 production lines have been put into operation. At this point, all 16 production lines of the Housheng lithium battery separator project have been put into operation, forming an annual production capacity of 2 billion square meters of lithium battery separators, with an expected annual sales revenue of over 10 billion yuan, committed to providing the best solution for global lithium battery separators.

The Housheng Lithium Battery Diaphragm Project is a provincial-level key engineering project, invested and constructed by Shanxi Housheng New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. The project is divided into two phases, with a total investment of 2.3 billion yuan in the first phase, covering an area of 250 acres, and constructing factories 101 and 102, with a total of 8 lithium battery separator production lines. It will be fully put into operation by the end of 2023; The total investment of the second phase project is 2.335 billion yuan, covering an area of 237 acres. Two modern factories, No. 103 and No. 104, are planned, and 8 new lithium battery separator production lines will be added. After the project is put into operation, the lithium battery separator produced by it has completely independent intellectual property rights, is at the international advanced level, fills the domestic gap, can replace imports, and has been successfully applied in the 3C field.

Since the implementation of the project, the Yangqu Industrial Park Welfare Project Special Team has actively visited the project site, communicated and coordinated with enterprise personnel, timely collected, organized and summarized problems, and coordinated the promotion of problem solving. The Housheng lithium battery separator project is the largest single investment project in the history of the park, and the guarantee of production factors such as water, electricity, and steam requires the park to rebuild supporting facilities according to the capacity needs of enterprises. To ensure the production electricity demand for the second phase of the project officially put into operation, the park service center collaborated with Shanxi Transformation Industrial Park Group Co., Ltd. and had multiple communications with State Grid Taiyuan Power Supply Company. It was agreed to use the Lvyu 35KV substation (Jinxi Line 2) for the special purpose of providing electricity for the second phase of the project. After more than two months of intense construction, issues such as tree relocation and cable laying were coordinated and resolved to ensure the electricity demand for the second phase of the project. In terms of steam, the park has expanded its investment strategy by adopting supply chain investment and introducing steam supply enterprises through agreements, reducing the cost of steam from about 420 yuan per ton to 260 yuan per ton, greatly reducing the production cost of enterprises. Through the unremitting efforts of all members of the special team, the problem of power and steam supply for the health project has been solved, ensuring the smooth operation of the project.
