Changzhou City Designates a Batch of Advanced Enterprises and Industrial Parks (Towns and Subdistricts) for Building Harmonious Labor Relations

In recent years, enterprises and industrial parks (towns and subdistricts) across the city have actively engaged in initiatives to foster harmonious labor relations, comprehensively strengthened labor management, safeguarded employees’ rights and interests, and refined consultation and coordination mechanisms. As a result, enterprises and employees have jointly built and shared benefits, achieving mutual gain and win-win outcomes, and a number of model enterprises and industrial parks (towns and subdistricts) have emerged.

In 2023, in order to recognize and commend outstanding examples, highlight best practices, and strengthen their exemplary role, thereby further encouraging enterprises and industrial parks (towns and subdistricts) across the city to carry out sustained and in-depth efforts to foster harmonious labor relations, the Municipal Tripartite Commission for Coordinating Labor Relations, following self-application, recommendation, evaluation and verification, and public announcement, has decided to designate 63 enterprises, including Jiangsu Youfa Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., as “Advanced Enterprises in Building Harmonious Labor Relations in Changzhou,” and 7 industrial parks (towns and subdistricts), including Tianmuhu Town in Liyang City, as “Advanced Industrial Parks (Towns and Subdistricts) in Building Harmonious Labor Relations in Changzhou.”
